Deposit Policy: All treatments 1 hour or over, some nail treatments and all massages require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit must be paid upon booking. Deposits can be paid in the salon or over the phone.

If you are paying by gift voucher, please upon booking let us know your gift voucher number as this will then act as your non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or a no show please be aware the treatment value will be deducted from your voucher total as the cancellation fee. If no deposit is paid, please be aware your treatment will be removed.

Treatment Payment Policy: If you would like to pay for a treatment
upfront and in full this will act the same as your non-refundable deposit. If you wish to then cancel or reschedule the paid in full treatment, you must do so 48 hours prior to the booked treatment and it must be rebooked within the 14 days cooling period to avoid any loss of payment.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make an appointment or if you cancel one or more of your treatments booked in, we request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time or you will incur a 50% cancellation charge. If you cancel or reschedule over 24 hours’ notice unless booked through an online booking you will then be able to redeem your deposit/voucher or to carry it over to a rescheduled appointment.

A 50% CANCELLATION CHARGE WILL BE TAKEN FROM ALL ONLINE BOOKING NO SHOWS / UNDER 24 HOURS CANCELLATION

Voucher Policy: Vouchers are only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
