Deposit policy: all treatments over 1 hour long require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This deposit can be paid in salon or over the phone. If you are paying by gift voucher, please upon booking can you let us know your gift voucher number as this then acts as your non-refundable deposit
Cancellation policy: we request over a days notice prior to your appointment time if you are unable to make an appointment to then be able to redeem your deposit/voucher or to carry it over to a rescheduled appointment.
Please note if you would like to pay for a treatment upfront and in full this acts as your non-refundable deposit likewise a voucher does. If you wish to then cancel and reschedule the paid in full treatment you must do so 48 hours prior to the booked treatment and it must be rebooked within the 14 days cooling period to avoid a loss of voucher or payment.
